Even Before Barack Obama, I Already Knew I could
The media is all over Barack Obama for showing us what the "American Dream" means.
So... The American Dream means making shady connections, eliminating political opponents, being thoroughly unaccomplished, and then becoming president?
I didn't need Obama to tell me that "I can." In fact, all he's done is teach us that "we can" without any accomplishments whatsoever.
Thanks Michelle Malkin for the link. Another hard-working minority who didn't need Obama to tell her "she can."

Oh one more observation. Notice who has posted the most intolerant (towards Paul Ibrahim and his article) comments on this thread? Why, it's those minority-loving, tolerant, full-of-love-for everyone LIBERALS. Notice who has been been inspired by and proud of Mr Ibrahim and his accomplishments in life? Hmmm...darned if it isn't the xenophobic, hateful conservatives. That's not the way they always said it would be....
I like your article. It was inspiring and uplifting. Not everyone can have the same determination that you possess.
It's a shame that you felt it was necessary to inject some political commentary in it.

Maybe the reason why other people can't find jobs is because you are taking all of them!
This thread has obviously evoked some emotions. But the last few posts have gotten out of control so we've deleted them. Feel free to agree or disagree on the issues, but from now on we will be deleting all posts that contain profanities, severe personal attacks, and the use of other people's ids as your own.
Here is a perfect example of how Obama's message affected the self-esteem of one American black woman. Peggy Joseph thinks she won't have to worry about paying for her gas or her mortgage if she helps Obama!
I do not consider this a "positive development" for America!
