Saturday Potpourri

Saturday's a slow news day, so here is some stuff to keep you busy.

Have you ever had Maharaja Mac? How about a McLobster roll? Check out some strange McDonald's menus from around the world (I've seen a McDonald's in Lebanon with valet parking). On a less appetizing note, if you're feeling adventurous, you can delve into The Testicle Cookbook: Cooking with Balls!

Not so much? Ok forget it, here are some lists: Celebrities Who Lean on the Right (don't worry my fellow conservatives, they're either D-list or not really leaning to the right), 20 Amazing Color Images from World War I (the Scottish soldiers must have been shivering), 20 Internet Acronyms Parents Need to Know, and finally, Top 10 Weirdest Mascots.

Also, some new blogs I saw this week: And you thought YOU were cranky?, Conservatives Are Not Crazy, 50 Carby Street, The Daley Gator, and Right Wing Diva.

Re "The Testicle Cookbook", I ate "Rocky Mountain Oysters" before, but luckily I was a kid and do not remember the experience. Seriously, who was the first guy who thought: "Hey, I know..."!
