I agree with all your choices... except Fred Thompson. Now don't get me wrong, Fred Thompson is a good conservative and I like him personally (he is from my state, as well). But he isn't exactly a "leader." He's been a good spokesperson, but in general he's always been in the backseat. For instance, he was in the senate, and what does he have to show for it besides Mcain-Feingold-Thompson?
I'm not after you for liking Thompson. I am wondering though, why he is so high up on your list. Visit my blog if you'd like to see my own top ten (or email me if you like to discuss more in depth.)
I've written a couple of columns on Thompson, they should answer your question:

I think you should have included Bobby Jindal, but I'm not sure who I would remove from your list.
We should probably distinguish lists of "top ten favorites" from the list of "up and comers," though, which is where Bobby Jindal and Eric Cantor fit.
Personally, I am simply happy we have an extensive list of highly qualified individuals to chose from for various leadership positions.
Add to the list all those with potential, and we would have a formidable group to represent our future. Lets not forget Michael Steele, currently candidate for the RNC Chairmanship post. And adding Gov. Bobby Jindal is definitely a wise move rjbjrirish. He's got some serious potential as a true conservative leader the people will be able to count on!
