Uncle Sam's English Is Far from 100%

I was looking at the CIA World Factbook's entry on the USA, and this is what it said under languages:

English 82.1%, Spanish 10.7%, other Indo-European 3.8%, Asian and Pacific island 2.7%, other 0.7% (2000 census)

Incidentally, from what I remember, 18% is also roughly the margin by which people thought that Obama won the presidential debates.
