This Day in History - April 22

On April 22, 1864, the U.S. Congress mandated the inscription of "In God We Trust" on all U.S. currency.

And contrary to what the ACLU would have inevitably said at the time, the country has not imploded and no non-Christians have been burned alive as witches.
