I don't normally blog on weekends but I'm taking this opportunity to plug my sister's work. You see, she's a fantastic photographer (I've used her photos before), and she has launched a website which I kindly ask you to visit: www.sandyibrahim.com.

Also, it just so happens that this week, one of her photos was nominated as a finalist of sorts by the editors of National Geographic. Until February 3, the public gets to rate the photos and the one with the highest score gets published in the print edition of National Geographic Magazine. If you like her photo, I encourage you to vote for it. It's quick and simple:

2. Click on "Week 3" right above the rating scale.
3. Her photo is the fourth one (the hermit grabbing his belt). Apparently you have to rate the first three photos to get to the fourth.
