I've already mentioned a number times the Toomey-Specter battle that was supposed to take place in the Pennsylvania Republican senate primary, but will now be taking place in the general election (if Specter gets the Democratic nomination). But the time will come when I make the full case for Toomey and explain the importance of this 2010 election.
