What Would We Ever Do Without Diversity Training?

Feeling racist? Supremacist? Ageist?

Well worry no more! The Delaware Department of Transportation proudly presents you with Diversity Spotlight, a must-read diversity bible (oops, we mean book) that will help you get through even the deepest temptations to ask a Latino "can you recommend a good Mexican restaurant," and teach you to never refer to a co-worker with a disability as a "retard"! (I bet you didn't know that one, did you?)

Don't miss out on such gems as why not to tell black people they're "articulate" (even though our Vice President did it to his own President), or refer to a Caucasian individual as a "typical white person" (even though our President did it to his own grandmother!).

Even if you won't admit it, you most certainly remember the day when you asked the new Asian person in your office if he was the new IT guy. Well, Diversity Spotlight is here to help by literally explaining that "All Asians are not IT professionals!"

What would you do without Diversity Spotlight? What would you be without the government compassionately delving so far into your life as to explain to you how to deal with other human beings?

You would be lost, that's what you would be. So check out Diversity Spotlight today. Thank you government for being there for me!
